Refund and Exchange Policy

Domestic Shipping: (Inside Egypt)

Cairo: You can check the package when courrier is outside and if you don’t want it you can only pay the delivery charge, other than that unfortunately there will be no refund or exchange.

Other governorates:

Shipments cannot be opened on doors, if you need refund or exchange, it will be offered with shipping fees when requested on the same day of delivery.

International Shipping:

There’s no refunds or exchanges.

الشحن المحلي: (داخل مصر)

القاهرة: يمكنك فحص الطرد عندما يكون المندوب في الخارج، وإذا لم ترغب في استلامه يمكنك دفع رسوم التوصيل فقط، وغير ذلك للأسف لا يمكن إعادة الطرد أو تبديله

:المحافظات الأخري

لا يمكن فتح الشحنات على الأبواب، إذا كنت بحاجة إلى استرجاع أو تبديل المنتج، سيتم تقديم ذلك مع تحمل رسوم الشحن عند الطلب في نفس يوم التوصل
