Business Days and Public Holidays Please note that the official business days at MAZ are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and all national public holidays are considered non-working days for all employees at MAZ and our associated shipping companies.

We strive to simplify the shipping process because your convenience is our priority. We primarily deliver your orders through a reliable third-party service to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Scheduling MAZ aims to deliver your orders within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your geographic location. We offer flexible delivery scheduling, allowing you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery during any day, week, or month.

Urgent Orders For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to assisting you promptly and effectively.

Unattended Deliveries If no one is available at the registered address to receive the order, we will request you to contact our customer service to schedule another delivery time. Please note, MAZ can only attempt to deliver your order twice. The company is not responsible for any orders that remain undelivered more than 7 days after the first delivery attempt.

Order Fulfillment

• In-stock Orders: These are fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery Costs: These are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address. For special orders, delivery costs are quoted post-order and included in the final balance of your order.

Calculating Your Delivery Costs To determine the cost of your order, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout screen.
